The ISCG Mentorship Programme pairs student members with experienced professionals and alumni to provide personalised guidance and career support. It helps students develop their skills, gain industry insight, and navigate career decisions with one-to-one mentoring. The programme is open to all ISCG members and is designed to bridge the gap between university and the consulting world.
